- Professional accompaniment by a gynecologist-sexologist, including an individual meeting for diagnostic orientation on sexuality.
- Workshops and practices of conscious sexuality, empowerment and connection with your body.
- Group activities to share experiences, reflect and generate sorority.
Optional: regenerative gynecology consultation and treatments using intimate radiofrequency, PRP, and hyaluronic acid to promote collagen regeneration in the mucosa and surrounding tissues, improve lubrication, and restore volume and density.
Since your privacy is a priority, all participants will sign a confidentiality document that protects everything shared during the retreat.
