Pause & Reset is a three-day boutique retreat in the heart of the Empordà region, designed to slow down the frenetic pace of life and regenerate the body through therapeutic guidance and nervous system regulation.

A regenerative experience that combines longevity medicine, somatic practices, and deep rest to restore the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation and regain mental clarity through neurophysiological calm.

A scientifically based training experience with a practical approach that will address:
- Conscious nutrition as a key tool for hormonal stability

Our Pause & Reset retreat includes full access to the fitness center, including the pool and sauna, creating the ideal environment to care for your body and mind from the very first moment.
